I first became interested in personal and organization transformation in the early 90’s and my life has changed dramatically for the better. Over the last decade I have seen the most miraculous change take place in all kinds of people and companies with all kinds of challenges.

I have traveled round the world several times meeting people and companies from every walk of life. The challenge is a global one as our companies, people and very business models undergo massive change.

During my travels we have experienced and subsequently modeled the form and shape of world leading companies to distil a set of principles available to any organization seeking radical improvements to business performance.

Directly quantifiable these performance improvements include reducing costs, improving revenues and enhancing service concurrently. The changes we witness are seismic and immediate.

The study of several hundred teams, people and companies has allowed us to distil the best in class techniques, methods and framework into a unique approach available through onsite and online experiential coaching utilizing an organizations current challenges and approaches. Theory is there as a reference point however all my work is based on a practical set of easy to access techniques directly applicable directly after the first coaching session.
