Steve Towers is acknowledged as the creator of BPM as a management approach (reference here) and the founding of the first BPM community in 1992-93. His direct involvement with BPM at the board level of global corporates provides an unequaled insight into what works and succeeds in the world of process and performance.
Steve is directly responsible for the development of several approaches and methods, including the 8 Omega approach and latterly Customer Expectation Management (CEM) with fellow thought leader Terry Schurter (reference here).
