One of the upcoming events is Europes largest BPM Telco Event in Amsterdam May 11-14. Several hundred delegates review issues relating to process excellence and performance improvement in the Telco sector and this years IIR conference progresses those themes way beyond Six Sigma, Lean and the other 'inside-out' process approaches.

I will be providing community members with access to the latest developments and thinking however in the meantime we have several new articles to whet your appetite.

Very emotive discussion... Europes biggest carrier is removing the airport check-in desk and it is now all online. One thing you can not accuse Ryan Air of is in not knowng its customer. They get criticised by the Press and yet carry more people and maintain profitability despite the recession so clearly there business model is a tad more robust than certain banks ;-)
